Regarding the story of under cover Officer Duy Ngo being shot four times (KMSP) by uniformed Officer Morrison. This wasn't the first time Officer Morrison shot someone accidently. Not too long ago he shot a black 15-year old boy for carrying a BB gun.
I see patterns here. Both Ngo and the 15-year old were minorities. Morrison seems just a bit trigger happy with minorities. In an unrelated story but still involving MPD where -- an allegedly psychotic woman accidently hit and killed a jogger while MPD and a highway patrol car was pursuing her SUV. It turned out the patrol car's own video showed that MPD was at fault for ramming the woman's SUV, there by launching the SUV at the jogger. MPD department policy specified that their officers shouldn't ram the SUV in that situation. I guess that's another law suit us tax payers will end up covering, again. Now that Minneapolis has to trim's its fat, why not trim some of the MPD's liabilities, and enroll some QUALIFIED and intelligent officers. -- Thomas T.
