Hello Minneapolis Folks:

I would rather have the city, county, and state, focus
on the Midtown Greenway then Lake Street. The Greenway
when completed will be safer, faster, and just a much
more enjoyable ride. I am not opposed to dedicated
bicycle lanes.

I would prefer future development either be on east
west corridors farther south and north. A dedicated
lane on Franklin Ave would be wonderful, which is
would connecting Uptown to Seward and the River, and U
of M, Augsburg.

Light rail development would make 35th, 36th, or even
38th, or 42nd excellent choices. My first choice would
be 42nd street because of the lack of commercial
development, and from my own experience 42nd seems
more bicycle friendly. Just some thoughts....
