In 1950, Minneapolis had 521,718 citizens represented by 13 Aldermen.
I've gotten two emails suggesting that Minneapolis had 26 Aldermen in the early part of the decade, but neither person was aware of when the switch was made to 13 Aldermen.
Does anyone here know?
I'm sure someone does!
