Eva - you are not in the "we" on this one unless you have moved again very recently. The voters in this case would be those who vote in the 5th Park District which is the Southeast corner of the City including Minnehaha Park, a couple of lakes and a golf course for starters.
I would love to know offline how many folks from down in that neck of the woods would have wanted a Special Election. I like getting the input. Thanks.
