New ward boundaries would pit Johnson Lee against Samuels
I guess, I really don't understand to much of what is being asked,
But, when reading this article, my understanding is that , with or without, this bill being passed, wouldn't Samuels and Lee have to run against each other, if Samuels stays where he is? We all knew, when Joe B. left office there would be another person to fill that spot. Why, wasn't anything done or talk about back then? If I am miss-informed, can someone can please break it down for me, so that I may understand what the finer points of the matter.
What is the difference between House Bill 67 and the redristricting of ward three, or any other ward in Minneapolis?
