Scenario #1: cut 3.5FTE admin staff @ $87,500 and
cut 42.3 other staff @ $1,057,000
close Walker, close tech centers at Franklin & Hosmer extra days
close Franklin & Sumner during reconstruction (no substation)
shorten community library hours

Scenario #2: cut 2.5 admin staff @ $75,000 and
cut 49.3 other staff @ $1,378,500
close Walker, close tech centers at Franklin & Hosmer extra days
close Franklin & Sumner during reconstruction (no substation)
shorten community library hours

Scenario #3: cut admin staff 4.5FTE @ $112,500 and
                   cut other staff 44.8FTE @ $153,000
close Walker, Roosevelt, Southeast, and Webber Park

What I notice is that those who serve the public directly and are paid less/each are drastically cut.
Those in administration, who make the greatest salaries, are cut little. Many Admin. staff make $80,000 to over $100,000. Line staff don't get close to that amount.

This tells me that the library admin. does not consider serving the public as the primary role of the library. This is why we needed a new director.
