Just wanted to get the word out about a suspicious incident that occured about a week ago:
A man wearing an orange "safety vest" was seen about 10:30 in the morning walking inbetween 3 houses on our block (39xx Harriet So.) looking in windows. I did not see this myself but was alerted to it by a neighbor across the street who had seen it. They called 911 after the fact and were told that if they saw the guy again, they should call back right away. I double checked with our council rep's office to confirm that city inspectors would not be doing this. We've had some work being done on 40th street, the person may have been trying to look like someone who was part of the crew.
