[Mpls] I35W Access Project

For all those who are gnashing their teeth and hoping that the Access 
Project will tank under the new governor's regime, you might want to 
consider this:
MNDOT does not want this project. They want to take out the housing from 
35W east to 4th Avenue. One of the things the access project does is 
limit the width of the freeway. So while you wish to lose the Access 
Project, you might want to be careful what you wish for.
