I have a vague connection to the WatchDog, I think... they no longer return
my calls...?

But if you check out the latest issue, I think I know why... the publication
they are producing is evolving into a substantial newspaper, in my opinion.
While I find some of the articles more destructive than constructive, it's
the real deal on what the fearless think of some of the issues the city
faces.

In this issue they mention limited access to the McKinsey report, also known
as "Focus Minneapolis". Here is the link to the area on the City's web site
where you can read, download, and distribute the report:

http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/news/communitydevelopment/

I did notice that a few of the links to the documents did not work. I would
encourage a city official to have the site webmaster look into the "missing"
report files. If you are unable to find them, there is a feedback form on
the site to register your outrage or outline your conspiracy theory... And
if they do not appear back on the city's site, let me know and I will try to
locate a copy for you.

If you would like information on where to pick up the WatchDog, please visit
http://www.minneapolis-watchdog.com for a location near you. And consider
picking up an extra copy for a friend.

Thank you,
Christian Nielsen
