Has an analysis been published on the traffic impact of Best Buy moving into the new facility on 494 and Penn? From my ordinary Joe Citizen perspective, I can not fathom how forward-thinkers let this go in at the d-mark of metro travel. Hopefully, the data will prove me wrong.
