My friend Val just told me that she was apparently kicked off of
Minneapolis Issues without any warning. It looks like anyone who
mentions RaucousCaucus.com will violate the list moderator's version
of Homeland Security.

Considering all the satirical barbs from the Raucous Caucus that have
been directed toward our mayor and his invisible suit, maybe the real
security issue here is his political career. If one of the main
purposes of the Minneapolis Issues list was to put an "internet
consultant" into office, then we can't tolerate advertisement for a
web site that features things like a "Morph the Moron" contest
(http://www.raucouscaucus.com/morph.html).

I've enclosed Val's message.

A letter to the editors of Raucous Caucus may shed some light on the
concerns expressed by "Scott Persons"....

To the Editor,

What a bunch of chickens you are! Why don't you come out from behind
your pseudonyms and fight like men? Back in the USSR, we knew what to
do with people like you!

Leonid Kropotsky

Dear Mr. Kropotsky,

We agree that people who use pseudonyms are a bunch of chickens
...Lenin, Trotsky and Stalin for example, not to mention Mark Twain,
Georges Sand and Snoop Doggy Dog.

I can assure you that all of us in the Raucous Caucus use our real
names. When Polly and I were lying on the beach on the Cote d'Azur
last year, we were amazed to discover we were surrounded by people
with the same initials as us. Quel coincidence! What was even more
amazing was the fact that we all lived only a few blocks from each
other in Kenwood. Naturally, we agreed to collaborate on a website as
soon as we all returned to Minneapolis.

Sincerely,
Petronius Peplum III
