Antiwar graffiti says what?  That some people here are so 
pretentiously self absorbed that they have no respect for the 
property rights of other individuals or their fellow citizens?

Political graffiti is not civil disobedience unless you turn
yourself in after the crime and pay for the damage, otherwise
it's just petty vandalism, and if petty vandalism is the spirit
of Minneapolis the city is in worse shape than I thought.
