Re: Possibly a CUB at 46th & Hiawatha I know no more than anyone else, but I suspect they are talking about purchasing the seemingly vastly underused warehouse which was built on the south side of 46th five or ten years ago, buying out the old Tom Thumb and perhaps a house or two. There used to be a lumber yard there.
