Scott Russell from Southwest Journal interviews random folks on Lake Street and their perspectives about its future. A real mix of impressions and ideas, definitely a must read for policy makers and interested residents alike. What I didn't sense from any of the interviews conducted was a sense of moral outrage against any of the infrastructure upgrades being considered. The other clear impression I got out of the article was that all the immigrant business people supported the ramp changes at Lake Street, they think it will give them more customers, hmmm....
