Vicky answers: It's not that easy to prosecute Jim, because when governmental entities are involved, frauds are called "mistakes." Vicky responds: No, they just replaced it with several other opportunities including IRS Section 42 tax credits. If government wants more of something, they subsidize it, If government wants less of something, they tax it. And North Oaks is NOT a gated community -- the gates were gone long before I arrived. Just so you know, I bought my FIRST and ONLY house in 1998, at the age of 49. I paid $275,000 for it. I'm not kidding, it really is cheaper to live here than in Minneapolis. And there are no gunshots - just some entertaining domestic squabbles -- sort of like the Minneapolis Forum.
