My response: Hiring a lawyer to be a yesman doesn't sound like a very good strategy to me. An attorney is supposed to be looking out for his client's potential liability. As a result they tend to be pretty conservative. But to fire a lawyer because you don't like his answer is the way to a lawsuit. Hey, sounds like our city council. Oh sorry, that just came out.
