Biernat enters federal prison camp in Duluth

Former Minneapolis City Council Member Joe Biernat has begun serving a 21-month
sentence on public corruption charges at the federal prison camp in Duluth.
He reported to the camp after a federal appeals court Friday rejected his request to
remain free while his conviction is appealed.
