Keith says; That was the message I was seeking to share. We also have large
store fronts and multi-user buildings available, on West Bro. Few are aware
that another huge building is available at West Bro/Fremont. The Kodak (formerly
Blacks, and Browns photography) site is about 65,000 square foot, on 3 levels,
with elevators. It has ample parking to match. It is a modern building, built
about 1970. Asking price, 2.2 million.

It could be a terrific incubator, on a grand scale, and is empty. It has the
potential to remain empty for years. I hope Mr. Snyder walks the walk, and
puts his entrepreneurial instincts in motion. Such action would be more helpful
to our Northside. Simply pontificating, to which retail amenities we no longer
need access, is not 'bringing home the soy bacon' to West Bro, or North Mpls.
residents.

As I mentioned, in all of North Mpls. there is only one area where "Big Box"
is Zoned. There is no good reason to reduce that access further. No way.

TEMPORARY REMINDER:
1. Don't feed the troll! Ignore obvious flame-bait.
2. If you don't like what's being discussed here, don't complain - change the subject
(Mpls-specific, of course.)
