On Saturday, June 14 at 10am Hennepin History Museum is sponsoring a walking tour of historic Layman's Cemetery led by Susan Hunter Weir and Barb Olson of the Friends of the Cemetery. Join us as Susan and Barb guide visitors through Hennepin County's first cemetery and introduce us to some of the cemetery's more interesting residents.
Meet at the entrance to the cemetery located on Cedar Avenue near Lake Street. You may drive in and park near the cemetery office.
