[Mpls] joys of summer in the city

I want to thank all you front yard, vacant lot, and boulevard gardeners. 
Even though it sometimes slows down the traffic, it is a joy to drive 
down the streets of the city and enjoy the results of everyone's hard 
work. Good show, every one of you gardeners!
