The EZ granted some bucks for Bassett Creek restoration ($25,000) and Heritage Park ($1,400,000 cash + $2,900,000 in Bonds). Plus Summit OIC ($130,000+), Agape ($300,000) and numerous other near north projects.
Minneapolis is an Empowerment Zone, not an Enterprise Zone.
