    Jon Sez: The Glendale projects ( Peasant Park to we denizens in the 
fifties) were completed in 1948 at the foot of Prospect Park in Southeast. Still 
there and in pretty good shape.

    Dyna forgot to mention that the prevailing winds in the Summer are from 
the South and it was many a cities intention to put all the industry on the 
North side of town and all the middle and upper income residences on the South. 
Once you have disignated where the stink is going to live it's pretty easy to 
let everything else go to Hell.
