I would like to thank Steve for bringing out the fact that the persons he spoke to are indeed from a contractor. Perhaps the question should be, how many workers did they have on the site that day. I trust Steve and believe what he has said. But I did not see Steve there when I was present. Minneapolis trucks are easily identified because they have the city printed right on the side. This is what I saw. Now maybe some people do not trust my view point. That's OK. What I'm saying is that any work that city crews did that day, on private property, should be billed to the property owner. I'm pleased that Steve investigated who was there at the time he was on location, we need more of that from area reporters. I witnessed 10-12 workers in the area. Some of whom I attributed to be city employees, driving city trucks and cars. I want to thank Steve for his investigation. Now we know one of the contractors that should be held accountable for their work. Thanks Steve!
