So just who are the members of this "group of Minneapolis residents" and who is funding this action? Perhaps Representative Kahn can provide the names of those supporting the lawsuit, after all it is a matter of public record. So who defends the City and how strongly motivated are they going be if they are DFL members? Are the Greens going to file a position with the court?
