Given RT Rybak's recent response to the list, it is apparent that he is still "listening" to the list. I wonder if he'll respond to the Access Project / Allina / Smith Parker conflict of interest questions that were posed to him by the list manager and others not so long ago. As they say, not answering a question is in and of itself an answer of the worst variety (i.e. one that the person doesn't want to own) So Mr. RT, how about a response?
