It must be getting slow for our state capitol lobbyists. Tom Prichard of the Family Council shows up on Channel 5 tonight attacking CM Scott Benson. Seems as CM Benson doesn't think we should be sending people to the workhouse for wandering into what Mr. Prichard thinks is the wrong restroom.
Mr. Prichard has a wonderful imagination. He says on channel 5 that the real purpose of CM Benson's proposal is to advance the cause of gay marriage. Usually I pay at least some attention to the goings on at City Hall, but I must have missed the city getting into the marriage business. Has Mr. Prichard been spending to much time watching Boy Meets Boy? Me thinks our friends at the Family Council should be worrying about the really important things such as the City's proposal to raise towing fees again.
