Did they collapse the environmental regulatory
functions into this department? Were efforts to
maintain those functions seperate from those charged
with economic development successful or are other
measures being considered to seperate out this
function(environmental regulatory enforcement and
review) that at times needs to be in conflict with
efforts at economic development?
