Note: I hope readers use their critical thinking skills.

The issue of Minneapolis Police officers interaction
with members of the African-American community is
not new. In fact, the relationship is very poor.
Sometimes, the situation between police officers and
residents of the African-American community has led to
serious injury and even death-on both parties sides.
Although I don't want to see any police officer as well as
any citizens hurt, I do feel we can't ignore this issue.

Please remember there are two sides to very issues/situation.
Please challenge yourself you recognize your own biases.
Please use all the resources our society has provides us.
(libraries, internet & etc)to learn about this matter.
Please take a moment to say "Hello" or "Howdy" to an officer
as well as members of the African-American community-
they both want respect and need to receive it.
If not a hello, a simple "smile" can't hurt any of us.

NOW, let the discussion begin!!!!!!!!!!!
