So, Terrell, you're suggesting that because someone else is blocking traffic, I should illegally cross the center line into the oncoming traffic lane? Under what legal theory do you suggest that this is appropriate -- "two wrongs make a right", maybe?
Growing up in a small rural Minnesota town may have made me too law-abiding, but I try not to let illegal actions by others trigger illegal actions by me in response.
