Just a question. Are the voting numbers of recent immigrants higher now than say, in the 1940s? In Northeast Minneapolis there was the Northeast Neighborhood that provided things like child education classes, English classes, and other public services such as citizenship/ voting classes. There were several such places in neighorhoods with high immigrant poulations thoughout the city. Does the Cedar Cultural Center provide the same type of services now? I am uneducated on this end of the discussion and I was hoping for a new, 'less controversial' thread. Anyone have a comment or an answer?
