Minneapolis is planning to pay the $8.2 million LSGI judgment as early as today. "James Moore, a lawyer for the city, said the judgment amounted to 'a cautionary tale for all of us.' When property owners asked for details of the project, 'We were not as responsive as we should have been, ' Moore said, adding that the city also will have to be more careful about the confidentialilty agreements it makes with developers on project proposals."
