I would like to clarify a point in my previous
post. I believe that the West Bank receives inadequate police
protection due to: our high immigrant and minority population, low
income,and the fact that only 10% of us are homeowners. I
had stated that because many of the immigrants cannot vote, that is also a
factor, only in that they cannot have a say in who is elected downtown.
I do not believe non-citizens should have the right to vote.
