Subject: [Mpls] 911 calls

When I call from my cel phone, I get MN State Patrol 911, no matter where I am.
All I do is say "can I get Minneapolis 911 please?" and that has worked fine several times.
Even helped to catch a criminal in the act of robbing a paybox downtown one evening.
