Geez, Two in one day from a regular lurker! Guess I've been stimulated!
Thank you to Steve for this. I've had some run ins with Inspections before and my experience is that our inspector will discuss any violation with me IF I MAKE AN EFFORT to personally contact them. Unless you consider a form letter personal contact the inspector rarely made an effort to personally contact me. I've brewed my first batch of beer. Inquiries for taste testing welcome. The Twins might just make our September a fun and exciting month! Go Twins! steven meldahl wrote: > > To all of those people who have received inspection notices about > peeling paint, the City inspectors normally do not follow their own > procedures manual. > In Section VIII, page #3, it states that the inspector should "make an > effort to personally contact the owner or occupant at the property and > discuss the noted violations." > > Steve Meldahl > Jordan (work) -- In cooperation, Erik Riese Seward: a great place to live, work, learn, and play!
