Good idea, just don't leave the vote on the art up to committee. Folks
on the affected block should have a say.
On my street I'd like to see a series (unfortunately) of giant squirrels
chasing each other down the hill. This would honor the Loring Park Mutants who
are probably going to take over Earth anyway (I saw a couple of these
rat-tailed freaks fighting over a gummy worm yesterday, that just ain't right).
