Approved by the City I hope means the Arts Commission or the Committee on 
Urban Environment not the Planning Commission and the City Council...and 
let's keep art it it's place- someone could do tree totems as a Gateway 
Park in their neighborhood through the Arts Commissions Gateway program.
Just an idea.
