Ditto, we went to dinner there the other night before I had read about this on the list and we went the wrong way down first avenue. There should be a sign at every intersection for the length of the two way until people are acclimated to it.

My issue with this change is that there isn't adequate signage on 1st Ave
to warn folks of the change.  The CUAPB office is between 1st Ave and
Stevens, just south of Franklin.  I usually drive from 22nd Street on to
1st Ave to get to the office.  When I went to our meeting yesterday, the
only way I knew the road had changed is that I had read about it on this
list.  There were no signs at 22nd Ave to indicate the change on 1st
Ave,  no signs on 1st Ave itself, just a newly painted line down the middle
of 1st Ave and I happened to notice that the signs on the western side of
1st Ave were facing in the opposite direction from the signs on the eastern
side.  And, that's only because I knew to look for them.

Without proper signage, this is an accident waiting to happen.

1. Don't feed the troll! Ignore obvious flame-bait.
2. If you don't like what's being discussed here, don't complain - change the subject (Mpls-specific, of course.)
