Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Alan Page chaired the Minnesota Racial Bias 
Task Force Report, which issued a 1993 report that found higher rates of 
negative actions against blacks in the criminal court system, every step of the way 
from arrest to imprisonment, were largely attributable to racial bias.

Please note: In the first post in this thread there was a passage about drug 
users and arrests, convictions and prison sentences for **drug possession** 
and NOTHING about **drug dealers** The passage in question:

percent of all drug users, but 35 percent of those arrested for drug possession, 55 
percent of persons convicted, and 74 percent of people sent to prison..."
