I just wanted to send a public thank you to the St. Paul Police Department for maintaining a speed trap on University Ave. between 280 and Emerald for the last couple of months. It has really helped slow down the traffic on this side of the city line as well. It also seems to be a great revenue producer because it appears that they've added a second unmarked patrol car. If only the MPD was as diligent.
