Assigning Teachers
I've noticed that it is a theme of Doug Mann's that the most successful schools should not automatically get the best teachers.
But Doug Mann, nor anyone else has asked why the teacher's union does not protect the new teachers against this discrimination. These teachers are paying handsome dues to a union which is not protecting their interests. Something's very wrong with that picture.
