Of course, by investing many hours online, they could start to paint in the missing parts of the picture. But most people don't have the time or motivation for that. Forums like this attract people more motivated than the average. Because we CARE about some point of view, we will go the extra mile or miles to dig out what is necessary to make a coherent decision. And we won't demand high pay for it, either. This, by the way, is the way a free citizen is SUPPOSED to behave. But either through discouragement or just erosion of democratic values, most given the PRIVILEGE of freedom let it lie disused in the corner.
Anyway, I do feel that so long as people continue to press onward towards the TRUTH and applied wisdom, we can assure a small contingent of people who will bear the burden of maintaining a free and wise society.
Molly's
Since Molly Quinn's is in Cooper, I read comments about it with some perspective. The operators of Molly's do not own their building. The owner of the building is shutting down to totally rebuild the location. Molly's is leaving because they need a building to operate the business in. The building owner
needed a partner with money for the remodeling. The owners of the Molly Quinn name did not want to fund something like that in a building they don't own. So they are going where they can do business on acceptable terms. Much as Vicky would like a "story" here, there isn't one.

Cooper Neighborhood
No bonds for colonial wars. Let us say "No play, no play" and save the grandkids from doom.
