Keith says; Interesting question if it were quantifiable. It is not
quantifiable because it is an unfair question. Should we include the cost of arresting
a criminal if he resided at the rental? You may not have been listening when
Don mentioned how angry Jordan neighborhood groups may tend to get
"one-dimensional". Then demand simplistic and heavy handed solutions when trying to
"solve" problems like the neighborhood's youth selling drugs on the local streets.

Don did not have time to explain the deepest paradigms of concentrated
poverty, ignorance, neglect, abuse, and the default/illegal money making economy in
the hood.

He also did not tell these 'fortress neighborhood" habitues why they MUST
really get involved in the matter of a problem neighborhood on the other side of
the fortress wall. He appears a man of even, and pleasant, temperament. He
didn't want to scare anybody with the raw reality; or alienate anyone by proving
they are subject to consequences for conditions "over there".

Everyone was concerned but I compare it to an environmental conference on
global warming and the fossil fuel crises. Everybody cares; and offers thought
filled concern. Then they hop in the Suburban for the ride down the block to the
mansh.

Don proved to me that he can shmooze up Southwest residents. With Joe
Barsizoni in the wings tonight; this assemblage may have done double duty as a focus
group for Mayoral ambitions. I give all to Don: 10 "RT's" (minus 2 yawns) on a
scale of 1 to 10 RT's. I only give RT 61/2 "RT's" ( he's lost credibility on
many issues).

And I found Jim Mork verbose, when he had his moment (long, long, moment) to
express an opinion(s).

Brandt covered so "read all about it manyana.
