It's that time of year again. GreenSpace Partners will be hosting our
third annual...

Green Tomato Cook-Off
Thursday, October 16
6:30 - 8:30 pm
Oliver Presbyterian Church
2647 Bloomington Ave S, Minneapolis

You can participate in a variety of ways:

1. Just show up and eat (and celebrate the end of the community
gardening season)
2. Donate your green tomatoes (pick them before the first frost)
3. Compete for notoriety and cash (please RSVP if you are planning to
compete)
4. Help with set-up & clean-up (again, please RSVP if you can)

If you haven't been to the cook-off before, it's quite an event. We've
had green tomato cake, green tomato pie, green tomato ketchup, green
tomato chutney, green tomato salsa, roasted green tomatoes, green tomato
mincemeat, and of course fried green tomatoes.

You need not be a community gardener or interested in anything but a
great party in order to participate.
