The Minnesota constitution requires that the Superintendent of a school
district have the type of academic credentials one might look for in a Chief
Academic Officer.

So the board must seek a waiver from the MN Department of Education,
so that without the right degree
Jennings may become the boss of an assistant more qualified than he
to run this most curious corporation

Does that attempt at a poem conform to list rules,
I don't think it's a haiku,
and it's not pre-approved for reading in schools
that are run by a corporate accountant.
