Has anyone bothered to consider the possibility that maybe there is a 
health/sanitation issue at the restaurant that is dangerous enough to it's patrons to 
justify shutting down the place until it is addressed. Where restaurants are concerned 
the inspectors job is to protect the publics health and safety?
