This isn't gonna thrill everyone on the list, but for those few who are stoutly swimming against the national current: Michael Moore ("Shame on you, Mr. Bush. Shame on you!") appears 6pm tomorrow at Minnesota Sports Pavilion, 1923 University Ave SE). Al Franken ("Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them") appears 7pm Tuesday at Weisman Art Museum on U of M East Bank. Then Dennis Kucinich makes one of his stops at Roosevelt High School in S Minneapolis, followed by a campaign party at the Babylon Cafe on Lake Street. Know some people will make at least ONE of these. I intend to make as many as I can! Minneapolis will be the epicenter of politics for a short span.
