I read with interest the comments from new Minneapolis NAACP president Brett Buckner published in the StarTribune opinion section on Saturday. It would appear that the NAACP has been at least a bit more productive than its detractors are willing to admit.
Having known Brett for over 15 years now since our days together at Minneapolis North, I personally think he's an excellent selection to lead the chapter at this time. He's always been someone who knew how to focus on the goal rather than get distracted by the personalities involved.
