Minneapolis NAACP Branch parliamentarian offers advice regarding Mr. Mann's coverage of NAACP's involvement with the Hollman Consent Decree. --------------------- "Reverse racism" cuts both ways In the Sunday Star-Tribune, editor Jim Boyd complained about "reverse racism" as a factor in motivating opposition to the Jennings appointment.
