[Mpls] Common sense, reason, and what is ordained by G-d (was: Rybak, etc)

Activating the the 34th Infantry, Minnesota Army National Guard to round 
up and imprison, with out warrant, all those in north Minneapolis who 
are on the street alledgedly engaging in illegal activities would be a 
reasonable approach, given the amount of pain, suffering, bloodshed, and 
destroyed lives, families and neighborhoods.

Common sense would dictate this also be enacted in parts of south 
Minneapolis.

However:

Our rights are not granted by the state, they are endowed upon us by our 
Creator. This includes life and liberty. The state cannot arbitrarily 
abrogate what the Lord has given us.

Common sense and reason, by themselves, are amoral.
