Let's move on to other topics about our fair city. Reminder (line 2 of our home page): "Discussions of a substantive and respectful nature are expected on this city-wide issue-based forum." This dictum is being enforced along with Minneapolis-specificity. (Enforcement has grown lax, I admit, but the tone of the list has degraded to the point where I must. Our last few unsubscribers have written to express displeasure with the belligerent, one-on-one tone of many posts that do little to build community, propose solutions, or sincerely and respectfully debate differences.)
